We Did it Again: Awarded as Best Real Estate Agency and Best Real Estate Website of Italy at the European Property Awards 2020/21

Running a big real estate competition like the European Property Awards - the largest, most prestigious, and widely recognised programme throughout the regions - means working hard for many months, putting in writing the achievements, the recognitions, the strategies, the workflow of the whole year behind. It’s a long process, but for us is like that crucial and meditative moment of the year when you sit down and you ask yourself: “Okay, what have I done this year so far?”.
Apparently - according to the judging panel - we did a lot, and we did it quite well, because on December 11th at the virtual ceremony we got - for the second consecutive year - the official 2020/21 Award as Best Real Estate Agency Single Office of Italy with a Five Stars level!
What’s more, this year we received the Five Stars recognition ALSO for our corporate website, with the award as Best Real Estate Website of Italy.
You can imagine how proud we are, especially given that the competition has been judged by an independent panel of over 80 industry experts: judging focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. The panel has been chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Waverley, members of the House of Lords in the UK Parliament.
WHAT ARE THE INTERNATIONAL PROPERTY AWARDS
The International Property Awards - this year in their 27th year - celebrate the highest levels of achievement by companies operating in all sectors of the property and real estate industry.
An International Property Award is a world-renowned mark of excellence: the event itself is also described as “the Oscars of the property world”.
The awards are split into regions covering Africa, Asia Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, UK and USA. Participants enter at their relevant national level and are judged by a highly experienced team of professionals who cover the whole range of property disciplines: winners are selected through a stringent process wherein companies are nominated, shortlisted and thoroughly reviewed the panel of experts.
THE VIRTUAL EVENT
The official Red-Carpet Ceremony this year due to Covid-19 restrictions has been held online, with a virtual event in streaming on Friday 11th December 2020.

WHAT THIS AWARD MEANS TO US… ESPECIALLY IN 2020
Like last year, being awarded on such an important stage and being able to represent our beloved Lake Como has been a great source of pride for our team.
